שלחו מייל אל inquiries@brandprods.com מהכתובת הרשומה בחשבון, בנושא "בקשת מחיקת מידע", עם שם העסק. אחרי אימות קצר של הזהות נמחק את החשבון, הלידים, הלקוחות, ההודעות והטוקנים של כל החיבורים תוך 30 יום, ונשלח אישור במייל. מידע שחובה עלינו לשמור לפי דין (למשל מסמכים חשבונאיים) יישמר רק לתקופה הנדרשת.

1. במערכת: הגדרות ← אינטגרציות ← ניתוק החיבור (WhatsApp או עמוד הפייסבוק). מרגע הניתוק המערכת מפסיקה לקבל מידע מהחיבור.
2. בפייסבוק: הגדרות ופרטיות ← הגדרות ← אינטגרציות עסקיות ← בוחרים "Maslul CRM" ← הסרה.
3. למחיקת המידע שכבר נקלט מהחיבור — שלחו בקשה במייל כמתואר למעלה.

המידע עליכם שייך לעסק שפניתם אליו — בקשו ממנו את המחיקה. אפשר גם לשלוח אלינו מייל אל inquiries@brandprods.com עם שם העסק ומספר הטלפון או המייל שלכם, ונוודא מול העסק שהמידע נמחק תוך 30 יום.

Email inquiries@brandprods.com from the address registered on the account with the subject "Data deletion request" and the business name. After a short identity check we delete the account, leads, customers, messages and all integration tokens within 30 days and confirm by email. Records we are legally required to keep (e.g. accounting documents) are kept only for the required period.

1. In Maslul: Settings → Integrations → disconnect WhatsApp or the Facebook Page. From that moment we stop receiving data from the integration.
2. On Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations → select "Maslul CRM" → Remove.
3. To delete data already received from the integration, send the email request above.

Your data belongs to the business you contacted — ask it to delete your data. You can also email inquiries@brandprods.com with the business name and your phone number or email, and we will make sure the data is deleted within 30 days.
